AG GAMES MCHJ is a company registered in Uzbekistan. Our games are published on Google Play under the developer name AG GAMES LLC.
AG GAMES MCHJ (“AG GAMES”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the processing described in this policy for our games and website. This policy explains what information is processed, why, and how to contact us. Our games do not require an AG GAMES account.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the game and features you use, we and our service providers may process:
- Device model, operating system, language, app version, IP address, and approximate region.
- Installation and advertising identifiers where permitted; gameplay, sessions, progress, ad interactions, and installation sources.
- Crash reports, performance information, purchase status, transaction identifiers, and privacy preferences.
- Your email address and information you send when requesting support.
Payments are handled by the relevant store or payment provider. We do not receive your full payment card details.
2. Children’s privacy
Our games are designed for a general audience, rather than specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information in breach of applicable law. If you believe a child’s information has been collected unlawfully, contact us with the game name so we can investigate and arrange deletion where required.
3. How we use information
We process information to run and improve games, deliver purchases, provide support, diagnose errors, protect against fraud, and satisfy legal obligations. Games with advertising may also use information to deliver ads and measure advertising or marketing performance.
Where required, our legal basis is performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in maintaining and improving services, legal obligations, or consent. Advertising and tracking that require consent are subject to that consent.
4. Third-party services
Games may use advertising and mediation, analytics and attribution, diagnostics, hosting and online functionality, payment, and support providers. Relevant device and network information, identifiers, activity, diagnostics, or transaction details may be processed by these providers for the purposes above.
Services vary between games and updates. Providers acting independently apply their own privacy policies; providers acting on our behalf process information for the agreed services. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. You can ask us which providers a particular game uses.
5. Sharing information
We share relevant information with providers delivering those services, and may disclose it to meet legal requirements, protect rights or safety, address fraud, or complete a business transfer with safeguards required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under local law. Applicable opt-out rights can be exercised through available privacy settings or by contacting us.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the information, its purpose, and legal requirements. We keep information while reasonably needed to operate services, investigate support requests and misuse, establish or defend legal claims, and meet accounting or other legal obligations. When no longer needed, information is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Independent providers apply their own retention rules.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data and risks, but no electronic system is completely secure. Information may be processed in other countries, with legally required safeguards for international transfers.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising-related uses; or complain to a data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Use available game or device privacy controls, or email support@aggames.dev with the game name and your request. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. We respond within applicable legal time limits. We may retain information or limit a request only where the law permits or requires it, and will explain a refusal where required. Uninstalling a game does not automatically delete information on servers.
8. Website and policy changes
Our website contains no analytics or advertising scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request information to serve and protect the site. The website’s mini-games keep their state only for the current page session and do not send game scores or progress to our servers.
We may revise this policy and update the date above. Additional notice or consent will be provided when required.
